They are made of an alloy of boron, iron and neodymium. It is a strongly magnetic alloy; It has a silvery-white color, is fragile and is easily damaged.

Ferrite magnets are made from iron oxide and barium or strontium carbonate, the resulting product is then further ground to obtain a finer powder product.
Thanks to the use of molds it is possible to obtain various types of shapes and sizes, furthermore it does not require coatings as it is not subject to significant corrosive actions.
There are therefore two main families:
Sintered Ferrites
Plasto Ferrites
As a rare earth magnet, it is an intermetallic compound between the rare earth Samarium and the transition metal Cobalt.
The manufacturing process involves grinding, pressing and subsequent sintering in an inert atmosphere as the first step.
The magnets can be isostatically pressed in oil bath or dry systems (in the axial or diametric direction).
The magnets are then processed using diamond grinding wheels.
Alnico is a ferromagnetic alloy containing 60-63% iron, 9-12% aluminium, 20-28% nickel and 5-5.5% cobalt, used to build permanent magnets. Due to its poor workability, magnets are usually manufactured by sintering or by die casting by casting it into a mold.
Alnico can be obtained by melting or sintering.
Alnico obtained by fusion can be made in different shapes.
Sintered Alnico is usually made in small sizes and allows tighter tolerances, although slightly worse magnetic properties than cast Alnico, but with better mechanical strength.
PM-PLUS ASSEMBLIED are magnets with a Neodymium, Ferrite or Alnico core to which a structure is glued or injected around
- protective (commonly made of steel, but it is also possible to find them coated in rubber, resin, plastic or other protective materials);
- functional (by inserting through holes, countersunk holes, threaded holes or threaded stems, hooks, eyelets into the structure);
